VISA Information

• Please download the attached visa application form and fill out the form
• Please attach a passport-size photo taken within the last six months
• Please submit the completed visa application form and two passport-size photos to the Embassy in person
  (Visa interview will be conducted through the pre-arranged interview schedule / 02-792-8911)
• Additional documents could be requested to submit
• A visa applicant should notify the Embassy about any change of content after submitting the application form and or issuing the visa
• Please state any violation of immigration law on the application form
• A visa cost is as below and subject to be changed
  • Single Entry visa for 3 months: $100
  • Multiple Entry visa for 3 months: $150
  • Express visa service: $50
  • A visa cost should be paid in US dollars only
• A visa will be issued within 7 working days
• It takes 24 hours for the express visa after visa interview
