Ambassador Kathos Mattai receives a medal of merit and certificate at the 2019 International Friendship Ambassador Award Conferment on Wednesday, August 7th, 2019. The certificate indicates that since Ambassador Mattai presented his Letter of Credence in March 2019, he has been most conspicuous envoy among the Seoul Diplomatic Corps, who attends regional trip programs, many conferences and forums to understand Korea even more and last but not least, promotes partnerships with Africa, including Sierra Leone through Africa Development Bank, special lecture seminar and African week promotional activities.
